About Rebecca:

Passion.  It is what drives us to be who we are and what we are becoming.  It drives us to rise above our circumstances, our weaknesses and our limitations to achieve greatness.  I have a passion to help others be healthy.  I spent many years of my life struggling with my own health and wellness.  I struggled through the stress of having 4 children in a row, a miscarriage, moving 12 times in 14 years and a husband who has a highly demanding job in the NFL.  When this struggle also turned to the health of my daughter, I embarked on a mission to learn and grow and heal- the BOTH of us.  After discovering some hidden food allergies, getting active and learning how to cope with stress, things finally began to turn around.  True health embodies not only our physical bodies, but our minds and our spirits as well.  I had to address ALL of these areas in achieving the health I now cherish today and YOU CAN TOO!!! The last 6 years I have spent diving back into my passion of learning.  I have devoured books on health, nutrition, wellness, and theology.  I am living proof that there is hope for a healthy and happy life.  I am devoting my time to develop this blog to share the nuggets of truth I have found with you all.  Enjoy!

For product and book reviews: While I will now and again link to products and buisnesses I like, it is not often that I review products per se. If you represent a product you think I might be interested in trying, please email me. I do review cookbooks, choosing those that appeal to the way I cook and they way we eat. I do not offer paid reviews, for books or products, nor do I allow for editorial input or content from outside parties. All opinions are my honest thoughts.
